1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FCFVA.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

FCFVA provides a unified platform offering: a social network (activity feed, messaging, groups), music streaming and distribution (Currents), browser-based games and apps, Virginia news aggregation, and cryptocurrency token integration ($FCFVA and $BGY on Base network).

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant FCFVA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is:

  • Illegal, defamatory, or threatening
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Spam, scams, or misleading
  • Malicious code or phishing attempts

FCFVA reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Music (Currents)

By uploading music to Currents, you confirm you own or have proper licenses for all content. FCFVA is not liable for copyright disputes between users. We comply with DMCA takedown requests — see our DMCA Policy.

6. Cryptocurrency & Tokens

FCFVA integrates $FCFVA and $BGY tokens on the Base network. These are utility tokens for platform use (tipping, earnings, features). By connecting your wallet and using tokens:

  • You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values fluctuate and FCFVA is not a financial advisor
  • All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
  • FCFVA is not responsible for wallet security — protect your private keys
  • Token earnings from Currents are based on verified plays and may be adjusted for fraud prevention
  • FCFVA does not guarantee any financial return on tokens

7. Tipping

Tips sent between users are voluntary, on-chain transfers. FCFVA facilitates the interface but does not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time.

8. News Aggregation

News content is aggregated from public RSS feeds and links to original sources. FCFVA does not create, edit, or take responsibility for third-party news content.

9. Games & Apps

Games and apps are provided as-is for entertainment and utility. FCFVA is not liable for data loss, scores, or progress within games or apps.

10. Privacy

Your use of FCFVA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

FCFVA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or access.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced on the Activity Feed.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
