Where is my data saved?
All data is saved locally in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server.
What happens when I export?
You'll download a .json file containing your current budget data.
How does importing work?
You can re-import any .json file that was previously exported from this same app. Only valid formats
will be accepted.
What data is stored?
- Description
- Amount
- Type (income/expense)
- Category
- Tags
- Date
Can I clear everything?
Yes. Use the “Clear” button. This will delete all stored data. It cannot be undone.
