Registration is open now, with a fee of $70 for Lynchburg residents and $85 for non-residents. Practices start in December, setting the stage for thrilling games come January.
YMCA of Central Virginia: Fostering Growth On and Off the Court
The YMCA’s basketball program focuses on nurturing the basic skills for newcomers and refining techniques for returning players. Practice sessions occur weekly, with games on Saturdays. The YMCA encourages parental involvement, offering a registration fee discount for volunteer coaches.
The season stretches from January 8th to February 17th, with registration from November 13th to December 15th. Membership fees are $52, and non-members pay $70.
